Indian Air Force (1991-1997) – Started as a short service commissioned officer and retired as a flight lieutenant in 1997

YK almoayyed and sons, Bahrain (1998-2001) – Service manager 1998 till 2001,

Zubair automotive , Oman (2001-2007)  – Service manger 2001 till 2007 ,

Freelance Coaching  and training (2001- till date). Have conducted trainings in countries like India, Ghana, Liberia, Botswana, kenya, Nigeria, zambia, dubai, and Oman.

Also work as a visiting faculty in one of the architectural colleges in Bangalore since 2016.

I am a professionally certified executive coach with Marshall Goldsmith stakeholder centered coaching witht over 15 years of coaching experience in various countries such as Africa, Middleast, India and the far east.

I am highly zealous in assisting people to achieve excellence and unleash their potential. I assist corporate leaders, business owners, corporate teams, and sales teams to identify their goals and achieve measurable and guaranteed distinctive outcomes through my methodologies and coaching assignments.
